- 108 Carrizo Ridge in Carrizo Ranch Subdivision is located close to the intersection of Hwy 181 and FM 775 (about 6 miles south of Hwy 1604 and about 8 miles north of Floresville). A new elementry school is schduled to break ground close-by, early 2009.

- In the gallery you'll see 2 homes in Abrego Lake Subdivision (about 1 mile south of FM 775 on Hwy 181). These homes are located at 124 and 148 Abrego Lake Drive.
- Homes in the gallery, at the city limits of Floresville are located in the Northcrest Hills Subdivision and are typically 1500 to 1900 sq ft and sell in the 180's or less. HEB and wal-mart are close by. (Currently the subdivision does not have a website)
